Being Mindful:Learning how to Meditate
The benefits of meditation are vast and thanks to modern technology also supported with scientific evidence.
With the help of inspirational people from the Dalai Lama to Sharon Saltzberg and David Hamilton we are able to learn just how easy it it to meditate.
Whether you try simple breathing techniques, mantras, mindfulness, loving kindness or guided meditations there will be at least one style that will suit you.

Many people feel more comfortable learning at their own pace rather than a one style fits all.
During a 1-2-1 session we look at:
1-2-1 sessions are available at flexible times after 11am. A session can be arranged to suit you and depending on discussion time it can be 1- 1.5 hrs

Teaching Children to meditate and be mindful
I run sessions ( parent and child) for parents to help stressed children learn easy techniques to help them calm and feel more relaxed. Feedback has been very encouraging:
