The following is a list (by no means complete!) of hospitals and other health care establishments here in the UK that use Reiki to treat their patients. And in some cases, they also treat the families and carers of their patients.

MIND - for better Mental Health
I have huge respect for this organisation which supports health problems still facing huge ignorance and prejudice and I am happy to support them and give them a voice.
From their website....
We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem.... hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling to get the support they need. Still unable to access the services that could change their life. Still facing prejudice and misunderstanding.
Mind believes no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’ll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner. And we’ll push for a better deal and respect for everyone experiencing a mental health problem.
Through our network of local Minds we provide direct support to almost 250,000 people each year.
Highly recommended blog! http://the-me-cfs-ghost.blogspot.co.uk/ This is written by the lovely Jay and is a great resource from someone who has lived through it and continues to improve and chooses to raise awareness through her own experiences and sharing those of others.

Endometriosis UK. http://www.endometriosis-uk.org/
These information pages have been written for women who may have endometriosis and their families and friends. Health professionals may also find them useful as a supportive tool to help to explain treatment options.
The World Endometriosis Research Foundation (WERF) is the first global charitable organisation with an aim to foster research into endometriosis to improve knowledge and treatment(s).http://endometriosisfoundation.org/
Note to ENDO Sufferers:Regarding endometriosis there is still an astounding amount of outdated and sometimes innappropriate information on how to treat this. Personally I want to say it is not cured by a hysterectomy, nor any pill. The very nature of it means cells grow outside of the lining of the womb. There are excision specialists (not enough but they are international)who are very skilled at removing disease so please look at all options before taking irreversible action. Nara.x

Chandni Chowk - Fair Trade, natural fibres, hand-made beautiful & original design
A massive fan of this ethical and passionate company with their beautifully crafted fabrics for interiors and clothing, I have really enjoyed talking with Rosalind and owning their beautiful fabrics. She is an Inspiration!
Established by Rosalind Price and Paul Garrod in 1978, joined by Suzie Murrow in 1996, Chandni Chowk acquired its name from an early customer who said we reminded her of the ancient ‘Chandni Chowk’ market in Delhi. At the time, the company was based on a table in the famous Barnstaple Pannier Market; Today the company is still based firmly in the south west with our HQ housing the design facility, administration and central warehouse in deepest beautiful Devon. We now have six branches and a well-established wholesale business. Please do read about who Chandni Chowk work with as part of their fair trade work.
